As a Nominet Registrar you can expect the following commitment from us when dealing with any issue or complaint you might have.

Customer Service Level Agreement

Your initial email will be answered by us within 3 working days.

In general any resolution of an issue is normally resolved within 10 working days.

Key Terms of your Agreement with BASETrack regarding your UK domain name renewal

You should be aware that in some services we provide to you, the domain name is owned by us, and provided to you as part of an overall service. When this is not the case and you own or transfer in the domain name the following will apply.

Domain Expiry Notice: We will send to your designated email address a notice of when your domain will expire. We will do this within 30 days of it expiring.

Renewing your domain name: You can renew your domain for a minimum of one year. The cost of this will be determined on how your domain is being used ie with MOTORWeb or a NETMaster

If you decide not to renew your domain name: The domain will be 'parked' for 2 years before being released

Domain name transfer to another Registrar: If this happens within the 30 day expiry notice then a charge of £20 + VAT is payable. If you wish to transfer a domain name before the 30 day expiry then the same charge will apply together with any outstanding balance remaining.

Terminating your contract with us: You can terminate your contract with us by providing 30 days notice and paying the remaining balance (if any). We will not provide any refunds in respect of any monies paid in advance for a service you have terminated. You will also be liable for any additional charges such as transfer fees

Abuse Email

As a Nominet Registrar you can report to us if any domains to which we act as a Registrar are involved in such things as phishing scams, spam emails. Please contact us from here.
